Precautions and Consultation: It's essential to approach sound healing with care. If you have any medical conditions or have any medical implants or a pacemaker, consult your healthcare provider before participating in sound healing sessions, especially if they involve powerful instruments like gongs or strong vibrations.
Sound Bath Cancellation/Refund Policy: Your participation is valued, and we understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. Regrettably, refunds are only available in the case of documented medical inability to attend, substantiated with a doctor's note.In the event that you are unable to join us for your scheduled sound bath, we offer the flexibility to apply your payment towards another session. To facilitate this, kindly notify us of any cancellations or requests for rescheduling at least 24 hours prior to the event. Please note that cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours will result in forfeiture of payment. Your understanding and cooperation are appreciated as we strive to accommodate your needs while maintaining the integrity of our offerings.

We value your participation and understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Once access to the self-paced version of the course, containing proprietary materials, has been granted, refunds cannot be issued.Please be aware that once access is provided, cancellation or refund requests will not be accommodated. However, if unforeseen circumstances arise and you are unable to attend, please notify us promptly so we can offer the spot to another participant. If cancellation is communicated more than 24 hours before the first session, you may either defer to a later course offering or receive a refund equivalent to the price difference between the live and self-paced versions. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the course start time will not be eligible for a refund, but access to the self-paced version via the Soul Candy Wellbeing App will be retained.
